The Challenge

Meet Journey Homes: a brand new, San Antonio based home builder looking to bring the focus back to the most important part of a home: the family.

The very first challenge for Journey Homes was creating a brand from scratch that could compete (and win) against other top home builders in the San Antonio area, like D.R. Horton and KB Home.

The Design

We knew going into this project that Journey Homes was passionate about two things: family and providing an atmosphere of trust, communication, and knowledge for their home buyers throughout the entire process. The task here was creating a brand that communicated these values as strongly as we felt them.

We began with the foundational element of the Journey Homes brand: the Home Icon. Through it, you’re able to catch a snapshot of the lives and lifestyles of the people that Journey Homes caters to. The Journey Homes tagline, “Built for Whatever Comes Next”, allows the brand to highlight the unique moments and memories that families share with each other. From letterheads to billboards, we made sure to capitalize on the incredible feeling family brings into our lives.

The Result

The result is a brand that nurtures the family spirit, establishes trust, and creates comfort and harmony. Journey Homes believes that a home is more than just a place to sleep; it’s someone’s entire life. Let’s just say that at the end of the day, we’re proud to be a part of the Journey Homes story.
